Our house blend is a dark roasted coffee offering rich bold taste.
The aroma has a cocoa scent with a hint of sweetness. The taste has a dark chocolate flavor with some
sharpness to it.
Highland Decaf
One decaf that does it all. Smooth, great tasting drip coffee and excellent espresso found in
one blend. It has a crisp, clean taste that is gentle on the palate. It has a medium body with
an extremely mellow finish. This coffee is decaffeinated through the natural process.
French Roast
Elegant in the cup. Our French Roast is a dark roasted coffee with a special
clean taste. It is Med-Full in the cup. While it makes an excellent drip coffee, it is best served
in a French press.
Cafe Italiano
Our Italiano is a dark roast with light characteristics. Made purposely to
not be bitter, it gives out a deceivingly soft taste with winey notes. The body is medium. The
aroma has a blueberry scent with a slight smokiness. This Italiano is great in anyone's cup at any
time of the day.
Breakfast Blend
Our Breakfast Blend is a mix of light and dark roasts giving it the
best of both worlds. It is sharp and crisp, yet smooth and silky. It is a heavy bodied
blend with a consistent taste throughout each drink. The composition of light and dark coffees
make this an excellent breakfast coffee.
Heritage Blend
Our Heritage blend is a medium roast with wonderful characteristics. The flavor
is complex, while the aroma is floral and sweet with a wild, fruity flavor. This is a smooth
coffee that can be enjoyed anytime of the day.
Frontier Blend
Our lightest roast, Frontier is meant to pair well with pretty much anything.
The taste has subtle fruity notes with a heavy body. It goes down extremely smooth, and leaves
a wonderful taste on your palate. Frontier makes a wonderful espresso, and an even better dinner
coffee.
Kona Blend
From the big island of Hawaii, Kona coffee is known for its smooth, soft, buttery taste. This blend
combines the wonderful notes of Kona coffee with coffees that have a bit of wild strawberry and hints of
cocoa. Collectively, this blend offers an excellent, well rounded taste. Light-Medium Roast.
